HR Specialist (f/m/d)
To expand our Talent and People Management team, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) at our office in Belgrade as soon as possible.
You will work in a hybrid working model, which allows you a mix of office and remote work days.

Your tasks:
- You will find suitable IT talents for netcare: to do this, you will advertise job positions at job boards and within Social Media, approach interesting candidates and process incoming applications
- You will conduct job interviews and maintain our talent pool
- You will take care of all the personnel documents such as employment contracts and references
- You will be responsible for all HR-related processes and digitization in HR department
- You will work closely with netcare's HR department in Germany

You should have:
- At least initial professional experience in an HR / recruiting role (also as a working student or intern) or a Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources or comparable) or a professional training with a focus on HR
- Very good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work in an international team and an independent and proactive way of working
