To strengthen our Project Management team in Belgrade, we are looking for a IT Project Manager to work on international web projects in the automotive sector.
You will work in a hybrid work model, which allows you a mix of office and remote working days.

Your Tasks:
- Lead and manage projects with a strong web technological focus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status, progress and outcomes to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices

Your Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a strong technical understanding
- Knowledge in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Product Information Management (PIM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Proficiency in Agile methodology
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
