Many people think of simple hardware problems when they think of support. However, at netcare we work with web-based systems and applications of our customer companies - this keeps tasks varied and there are always new and challenging problems that need to be solved. We are looking for several permanent full-time colleagues to join our Professional Services team to provide 1st / 2nd level support. 

You will work in a hybrid working model (mix of office and remote working days) and spend the office days together with your colleagues at our headquarters in Neustetten (near Rottenburg am Neckar).

Your Tasks: 
Our internationally active client companies have launched a new product, optimized an existing website or developed/ launched a new app. Now they need us to report and resolve any problems that arise.  At netcare, we are experts in supporting web-based systems and applications. 

  • You will receive operating and process questions about certain customer projects via the ticket system, by e-mail or by telephone
  • Concerns of our customer companies are entered into the ticket system and you take on tasks in 1st to 2nd level support
  • If you know the solution, you will advise our customers accordingly, otherwise you will go troubleshooting
  • You create how-tos, maintain knowledge databases and create reports for our customers and your colleagues 
This job is just right for you if you enjoy helping others and have fun tracking down tricky problems. Together with your team, you will process inquiries from all over the world and support your contacts, e.g. in maintaining the websites (retailer and market presence) of large companies - both with technical and process-related issues.

Skills you should have:
  • A successfully completed apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist), or relevant practical experience, or a degree with IT content such as (business) informatics, information technology, etc.
  • Very good MS Office skills (focus on Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a team and social skills
  • Confident written and spoken German and ideally fluent English
  • Strong communication skills (by telephone and e-mail)
  • Quick-wittedness
