Story Review
A story review is the verification of a implemented user story in the scrum process, in which it is checked whether the requirements and acceptance criteria have been met.
During the story review, the development team and relevant stakeholders jointly check whether the implemented functions work as intended. The finished software is presented, feedback is collected and, if necessary, the need for adjustment is identified.

Functionality and Use
As a rule, the development team presents the implemented functions based on specific use cases or scenarios. The product owner and other stakeholders check whether the defined acceptance criteria are met and that the functions meet the technical requirements. It's not just about pure functionality, but also about comprehensibility, user guidance and actual added value. Based on the feedback, adjustments are initiated, new requirements are derived or the story is assessed as completed and released.
Examples
- Team demonstrates a finished function
- Product owner checks acceptance criteria
