Project Manager PIM & DAM (m/f/d)

Then help us shape the digital product worlds of major brands.To strengthen our Project Management team at our locations in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and Neustetten (near Rottenburg am Neckar), we are looking for Consultants and Project Managers (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
At netcare, you will advise and manage projects around Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management and Content Management for large corporations and established mid-sized companies, including clients from the automotive, industrial and retail sectors. You are the bridge between business departments, technology and service providers, making sure that complex system landscapes turn into clean, internationally rolled-out solutions.
You’ll work in mixed teams together with our colleagues in Belgrade. Thanks to our hybrid working model, you can combine flexible remote days with personal collaboration in the office. The position is initially limited to a period of two years.- Advising our customers on the selection, implementation, further development and integration of PIM and DAM systems
- Gathering and analyzing requirements together with business departments and translating them into concepts, user stories and data models
- Planning, managing and coordinating projects, including timelines, budgets and resources
- Designing content and asset workflows, rights and role concepts, as well as data flows between systems
- Leading and coordinating project teams at our German locations and in Belgrade
- Providing transparent reporting to customers, management and the project team
- Taking an active role in agile teams as Product Owner, Scrum Master or classic Project Manager depending on what the project needs

- Successfully completed degree with a focus on IT, business or media, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience as a Consultant or Project Manager in the PIM and/or DAM environment
- Practical experience with at least one leading system, e.g. CELUM, Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets), Contentful, FirstSpirit, Akeneo, Pimcore or Stibo STEP
- Understanding of data models, interfaces and integrations, for example with ERP, e-commerce or marketing tools
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and classic project management
- Confident appearance when dealing with customers, including at decision-maker level, as well as a genuine interest in workshops and moderation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel
- Certifications, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, PSM/PSPO or vendor certifications
- Experience with nearshore or distributed teams
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
